After so much love from the last Baking With Greyson video I thought why not make another! So get ready for cuteness overload, a lot of independence, none stop smiles as you watch this next video.

Today little Greyson is baking up some super easy confetti cake cookies. We got this recipe from our October edition of The Creative Change Connect activity book. The recipe is great to do with your little ones because it is so simple and makes very little mess!

Confetti Cake Cookies

Prep Time5 minutes
Cook Time8 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 box confettie cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp water or milk
  • 1 box icing
  • sprinkles for decorating

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees celcius. Combine wet ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add the box of cake mix to the wet ingredients and stir until all combined.
  • Scoop cookie dough onto a non greased baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
  • After the cookies are cooled compeletely top with icing and sprinkles.
