When Kristi asked me in December if I wanted to be apart of January’s Wellness Club I was in, hand down! She has created a community of coaches to help you with your journey in finding wellness this January. The perfect little 2 week kick start to get you focusing on your overall wellness. There will be daily movement videos, yoga, mindset coaching, daily journal prompts, nutrition coaching and much more perks.
