Step One: Write out everything you want to get done in the am. Remember to be realistic.

Step Two: Put them in order on the back of the sheet (in pencil) of how you will be able to achieve them. For me I need to wake up and go straight to my movement or I get lost in helping children and waking up.

Step Three: Pick a wake up time. Look at all the things you want to get done and figure out when you need to wake up to do them and set your alarm.

Step Four: Test and Repeat. Try out this routine for a few days if it is not working reanalyze and tweak it to work for YOU.

Step Five: Listen to your body and give yourself GRACE!
