You would think that it gets easier as it goes on but in reality, you just learn to go with the flow. – Just rolling with it has to be one of the biggest lessons I have learned so far in motherhood and I must say I think I am doing a pretty darn good job so far.
Greyson has finally hit the 4-month mark and has doubled his weight! He weighed a strong 14 lbs 3 oz at his last doctor’s appointment, you can definitely say this boy likes his milk! So here is to 4 happy months with my little man, baby bear and the best thing that has ever happened.

A few weeks ago we went to the pool for the first time with one of our mama friends and Greyson had a blast. He loved it all and after he discovered he could splash with his hands he didn’t stop that meant I had a face full of water and running mascara for the rest of the trip, but I’m not complaining. Note to self, buy waterproof mascara! Greyson is a water lover that is for sure and that makes me happy! Bring on the lake day, sunshine and swimming lessons.
| Mama & Baby Yoga |
We are officially signed up for some yoga and I couldn’t be more excited! I first tried yoga when I found out I was pregnant and I loved it so the fact that Full Circle offers a Mama and Baby Yoga class makes me happy.
Well, we went to our first class and it was so much fun! If there were a class every day I would totally go even though it falls right when our afternoon nap is. And with that being said Greyson still did wonderfully to my surprise we didn’t have a big cry. I think his favourite part was singing and he loved pulling my hair during downward dog. Needless to say, we will be signing up again and again if we can!
| Moving On Up |
Greyson has officially been moved to his big boy crib and I am in the process of getting him out of swaddling! The first time he slept in his crib felt so weird, our room felt a little empty without him by my side and missed him. Now I am working on transitioning out of the swaddle and it is working, slowly but surely.
| Coming Up In March |
This month we are taking our second road trip and making our way down to Kelowna and Kamloops. We will be gone for a full week and I couldn’t be more excited! I can not wait to see friends and family, explore Myra Canyon, dine at our favourite restaurants and go back to where Jeremy popped the question. And maybe the most fun part of the whole trip finding my wedding dress! So make sure you follow along on Instagram to see all the details of our little family trip.
