Simple Cereal Bars

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup Cheerios
  • 1.5 cup Puffed Rice
  • 1/4 cup Coconut (shredded, unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Nut Butter (i used natural peanut butter)
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Start by combining all the dry ingredients into a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl combine the honey and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between each one until the mixture is fully melted.
  • Add the peanut butter mixture to the bowl of dry ingredients and mix well until all combined.
  • Pour mixture into a parchment paper-lined 9x9 pan and place in the fridge to set for at least 30 minutes.
